A required field in an extensible structured token is missing.

Token Descriptions
ZSPI-TKN-ERROR
contains ZPWY-ERR-SPI-MISSINGFIELD.
ZSPI-TKN-PARM-ERR
contains the code of the token that contains a missing field and the offset to the
location that should contain the missing field.
Effect. The request fails.
Recovery. Insert the missing field and reissue the request.
