Default (LINKMON):
The LINKMON process waits indefinitely
for server I/O operation to complete
unless the send times out during the I/O
because of the timeout value specified in
the SERVERCLASS_SEND_ call.
Default (Pathway/TS TCP):
No timeout; TCP waits indefinitely for
server I/O operation to complete.
