HP recommends that you increase the number of links available in the server class
configuration or retry the request. If you retry the request, it typically completes without
an error unless there are no links to that server class in the CPU and none available from
the PATHMON process.
Changes to TS/MP server DELETEDELAY attribute. The DELETEDELAY
attribute specifies the minimum amount of time that a dynamic server link is idle before
the ACS subsystem link management processes return the link to a PATHMON process.
(In contrast, the TS/MP 2.0 DELETEDELAY attribute specifies the exact amount of time
that a dynamic server is idle.)
