Cause. A START SERVER command was issued before the server class was thawed.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the command after the server class is thawed.

Cause. The specified server class is frozen.
Effect. None
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The specified server class is thawed.
Effect. None
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. You issued a TELL command but the SET PATHWAY MAXTELLQUEUE
attribute value is set to 0.
Effect. The tell message request fails.
Recovery. Enter a value between 1 and 300 for the MAXTELLQUEUE attribute.

Cause. A TCP or LINKMON process request specified an entity that is not known to
the PATHMON process. This error is an internal error.
Effect. The request fails.
