There was an error starting TUXEDO Web Administrator:
ERROR: Could not open ini file
10. CASE 10-990129-4135
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
When the WSL status is ACTIVE, Administrator fails to display
any values for the parameters in the T_WSL configuration
window.
CUSTOMER IMPACT:
This is probably a problem in Administrator, and not a problem in
the MIB. Configuration values for the WSL (T_WSL) are not currently
available. This problem occurs when Administrator attempts to
retrieve the T_WSL objects in the Workstation Listener.
11. CASE 10-990211-6265
Using Netscape 4.0 or Netscape 4.7 as the browser for Administrator,
bringing up an application, and then trying to expand many objects of
the tree pane to more than a page, causes the scroll bar to fail.
CUSTOMER IMPACT
A workaround is to use another browser, such as Netscape 3.0 or
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and later versions.
12. CASE 10-990215-7730
Using Netscape 4.08 or Netscape 4.7 as the browser for Administrator,
clicking context-sensitive Help, and then clicking the Configuration
Pane, causes Administrator to hang. Subsequently clicking the Stop or
Reload button of the ToolBar causes the tuxwsrv server to die, so that
you need to manually restart the tuxwsrv server.
CUSTOMER IMPACT
Workarounds to avoid this problem are:
- Click context-sensitive Help and then click any button of the
ToolBar (such as Refresh, Search, or Activate), or click at left
or top of the tree pane. (A click at some areas of the tree pane,
however, has no effect.)
- Use another browser, such as Netscape 3.0 or Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4.0 and later versions.
13. CASE 10-990702-0948
When the password file $TUXDIR/udataobj/tlisten.pw cannot be read by
the wlisten process, no password checking is done. For example:
tlisten.pw owned by super.tuxadmin, secured "rw-------"
wlisten started by super.tuxadmin --> Authentication done
tlisten.pw owned by super.super, secured "rw-------"
wlisten started by super.tuxadmin --> No authentication
