Tuxedo 6.5.3 Install Error Messages

Install.sh can produce an erroneous message after installing the tuxcore package and two
erroneous messages while installing the enc128 package if both the /T and /WS SRL are
renamed. This problem is reported in solution 10-001107-7343.
The first message is:
ERROR: The DIST library ($SYSTEM.SYSTEM.DISTLIB) is not LICENSED
This message is listed as an "ERROR" because the DISTLIB must be licensed for a
NonStop(tm) TUXEDO application to successfully boot. However, the message does not cause
Install.sh to stop the installation.
During the installation of the enc128 package (also called the LLE add-on), Install.sh
might issue the message:
Unable to determine if LTUX?65 is open.
The "?" will be either "T" or "W". If this message occurs, Install.sh prompts the user to
determine if the rename step should proceed. The user should determine if the current SRL
is open using a different TACL session and then answer the prompt appropriately.
The messages are erroneously generated only when the user does not have TACL's #INFORMAT
built-in variable set to TACL. To avoid these messages, update the TACLCSTM of the userid
being used for the installation before Install.sh is executed, to include:
#SET #INFORMAT TACL
Once Install.sh has completed, the #SET command can be removed if desired. There is a new
version of Install.sh available on this web site that functions correctly regardless of
the setting of #INFORMAT. However, the new Install.sh is only for use with R6.5 V3. For
R6.5 V1 and R6.5 V2, you must use the TACLCSTM workaround or simply ignore the messages.
