Probable Cause
The primary VHS process or the CPU in which it runs has failed. If the primary VHS
process has failed, an attempt is made to create a new backup. In the case of a CPU
failure, a new backup will be created after the receipt of a CPU UP system message by
the new primary process.
Recommended Action
If the primary VHS process abended, investigate the event message log to determine
why.
