VHS System Requirements
VHS requires the NonStop operating system, H06.04 or later RVU.
To install the VHS Browser facility as a stand-alone Pathway application, you must
have Pathway, H01 or later RVU.
If you install the VHS Browser facility in ViewPoint, you must have the ViewPoint, H01
or later RVU.
VHS Disk Space Requirements
The VHS installation subvolume (ISV) uses approximately 2.5 megabytes of disk
space.
Installation Summary
The summary of VHS installation procedure is:

INSTALL to copy VHS from tape to an installation subvolume.
•
INSTVHS to install the VHS and VHSCI programs and the VHS GUI Agent files
first and then the VHS Browser. The VHS Browser can be installed as a stand-
alone Pathway system or as part of ViewPoint. To install the VHS GUI, see
Section 8, The VHS GUI, and the related softdoc.
