Cause. Environment name has invalid characters.
Recovery. Modify the environment-name parameter in the VHS startup file
(VHSSTART). The first character must be alphabetic. All other characters can be
alphabetic or numeric or a “-”. The environment-name length can be from 1 to 8
characters long.
