Cause. A token that can be specified only once appears more than once in the
command request buffer.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.

Cause. Token length is either too long or too short.

Cause. A command was issued with a missing required token.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.

Cause. An incorrect value was encountered in a supported token.
Recovery. Recovery action depends on the token in error and on the value specified

Cause. A required attribute value was omitted.
Recovery. Supply the required value and reissue the request.
