VTSPolicy TSM 'selective /VAULT01/PoolA/ s=VTS1 o=/tape/opt1 ERASE=YES'

The VTSPolicy command for EMC Legato Networker
Here is the syntax of the VTSPolicy command for use with EMC Legato Networker. Note that
all parameters specified for the command are case-sensitive.
VTSPolicy LEG 'cartridge... [keyword=value ...]'
where
cartridge...
Specifies virtual tapes you wish migrated to Legato. You can list up to 10 cartridges
per command. You do not need to specify full UNIX paths.
keyword=value
Specifies a valid combination of keywords and their values. Supported keywords
include the following:
source or s
Specifies the fully-qualified hostname of the VTS system on which the
specified pool resides. In a VTS cluster, this keyword specifies the VTS server
that will execute the command. This keyword is required in a VTS cluster.
ERASE
Enables VTS to erase the virtual tape after migration is completed
successfully. Set this keyword to YES or NO. This keyword is not required
and defaults to NO.
For example, to migrate the Cart01 virtual tape in a pool named PoolA and the VTD006
virtual tape in the Pool05 pool on the VTS1 server and erase the selected files from VTS, issue
the following command:
VTSPolicy LEG 'CART01 VTD006 s=VTS1 ERASE=YES'
Here is another example command:
VTSPolicy LEG 'CART01 VTD006 CART09 CART04 VTD001 VTD100 CART11 s=VTS5
ERASE=YES'
Contact your Legato administrator to determine the retention on the file level of the VTS.
