Modifying the user account
During configuration, a user account is configured that enables VTS to log in to the backup
management application. You can change the username or password, if necessary.
Note This procedure is required for Backup Express and NetBackup only.
To modify the backup management application account
1. Click Supervisor Functions on the navigation pane.
2. Click Manage Passwords. The following page is displayed:
3. From the drop-down list, select hsm.
4. In the Username field, type the username that is required to log in to the backup
management application.
5. In the New Password field, type the user’s password.
6. Retype the password in the New Password (again) field.
7. Click Update.
