5. Set the username and password for the backup management application.
Note This step is required for CommVault Galaxy, Backup Express, and NetBackup
only.
a. Click Supervisor Functions on the navigation pane.
b. Click Manage Passwords. The following page is displayed:
c. From the drop-down list, select hsm.
d. In the Username field, type the username that is required to log in to the backup
management application.
e. In the New Password field, type the user’s password.
For CommVault, type an encrypted password. To obtain the password from the
CommServ server, save an OnDemand backup job as a script. Then, copy the
encrypted value from the saved script.
f. Retype the password in the New Password (again) field.
g. Click Update.
