ACPI Exception (acpi_processor-0681): AE_NOT_FOUND, Processor Device
is not present [20060707]

General operations
Inconsistent information sent to host about media type. When a host requests
information, including the media type in use, from VTS, different responses are issued
depending on whether the tape is loaded. Also, the type given may not be one that is
applicable for that tape type. (TL-4152, EAR 6222)
Call Trace messages displayed on console after importing cartridges. After
successfully importing cartridges, messages similar to the following may be displayed on
the console. (TL-4179)
Call Trace <IRQ> [<ffffffff800b8532>] __report_bad_irq+0x30/0x7d
Mode page response to compression is enabled by default. This setting is enabled
by default and static for each emulation. However, compression may be turned off in the
configuration file, but the SCSI response to the mode sense request indicates that
compression is on. The current setting should be reported. (TL-4141)
Import fails if virtual tape meets pool cartridge quota when it is exported. If a
quota size is set for a pool and you export a virtual tape in the pool that meets that quota,
importing the virtual tape fails because the size exceeds the quota after metadata is
added to the virtual tape due to the export operation. (TL-4046)
Incorrect response from Ultrium 1 drive causes import and/or export to fail. VTS
issues a rewind command and this command is failing, though the resulting error is
misleading. VTS should not issue a rewind immediate command to fix this issue. (TL-
4035)
Exporting a pool using a 5190 tape drive fails. The following error message is
generated. (TL-4073)

Ownership of files is changed if encryption software is run by root. If a program
that uses encryption software is run by the root account, ownership of critical files is
changed, which will prevent programs from running correctly under normal user
authority. The programs that must not be started as root include the following:
ems_master.pl
ems_mounts.pl
ems_send.pl
