Storage array support
VTS supports any SAN-attached storage array that is supported by CentOS 5.2.
Tape drive emulation
VTS allows multiple hosts to perform up to 16 simultaneous backups per VTS server. Up to
one virtual tape drive (VTD) is supported per SCSI bus, up to four VTDs are supported per
Fibre Channel port, and up to 32 VTDs are supported per VTS server.
SPHiNX systems support 1 VTL per Fibre Channel or SCSI port with a maximum of 12 VTLs
per system. It is recommended that up to 8 VTDs are configured per Fibre Channel VTL or 3
VTDs per SCSI VTL.
