Virtual TapeServer 8.4 Supplemental Installation Guide
Enabling and Configuring AutoCopy and Instant DR | 35
Parameter Description Values
rep_delay Specifies the time to wait (in
seconds) before starting to copy data,
for virtual tapes in VTLs. This is an
optional parameter that provides a
delay to the host so that it can issue
a mount for verification. When a
mount request is received, any
running AutoCopy operation for the
virtual tape is terminated and the
partially copied data is removed
from the remote system.
0 - 86400
rep_bwlimit Specifies the maximum bandwidth (in
thousands of bytes per second) to be
used for each AutoCopy operation, for
virtual tapes in VTLs. If set to
greater than 0, the approximate
bandwidth used for the copy will be
limited to the value specified.
