WAN 00003
Cause. A required object is not configured. This error can occur for the ADD or
ALTER commands. For example, if you issue the ADD DEVICE command specifying a
PROFILE that doesn’t exist, you will receive an error like this:
WAN E000004 PROFILE PROFATP is not configured.
Effect. The command has no effect.
Recovery. Add the object specified in the error message, then retry the command.
WAN 00004
Cause. The WAN manager process is unable to find a ConMgr process to send
messages related to the TASK and PATH configured on the specified ADAPTER.
Effect. The command has no effect.
Recovery. Configure a ConMgr process on the same system processor where the
IOP object is to run, and retry the command.
WAN 00005
Cause. The WAN manager process is unable to find a WANBoot process to send
messages related to the CLIP and PATH associated with the specified SWAN
concentrator.
Effect. The command has no effect.
Recovery. Configure a WANBoot process for the TCP/IP processes associated with
the specified SWAN concentrator, and retry the command.
WAN 00006
Cause. The specified attribute was not included in the command. This attribute is
required.
Effect. The command has no effect.
00003 object-type object-name is not configured
00004 ConMgr(s) are either not configured or not started.
00005 No WANBOOT process, associated with TCP/IP(s)
pref-tcpip alt-tcpip, is configured for adapter

00006 attribute-name is not given in the command.
