WAN 00017
Cause. The specified object is not in the specified summary state.
Effect. The command has no effect.
Recovery. Place the specified object mentioned in the specified state, and retry the
command.
WAN 00018
Cause. The WAN manager process is unable to start or stop the specified object. The
cause of this error will be reported in a WAN subsystem EMS message, which will
provide additional details.
Effect. The object (PROCESS or DEVICE) could not be started or stopped. The WAN
manager process, however, updates the status of the object to a started or stopped
state.
Recovery. Examine the corresponding EMS messages, which indicates which
procedure has failed and gives the cause of the failure. Follow the indicated EMS
recovery text, and retry the command. You might need to contact your service provider
if you are unable to resolve the problem.
WAN 00019
Cause. The WAN manager process already owns the DEVICE or PROCESS object
that is being added, and the DEVICE or PROCESS object is already in the started
state.
Effect. The command has no effect.
Recovery. This could be a serious problem. Contact your service provider.
WAN 00020
Cause. The name of the object you are trying to add is already reserved by another
subsystem.
00017 object-type object-name is not in summary state.
00018 Error while [ START | STOP ] ing object-type
object-name.
00019 Cannot Reserve the Object Name because one more object
by that name is in started state.
00020 Object by that name is already reserved by somebody
else.
