Attempt to start the process or object by using the commands described in this
subsection, or execute the STARTCOM file by entering this command at the TACL
prompt:
TACL /IN $SYSTEM.ZSYSCONF.STARTCOM, NAME /
The STARTCOM file invokes the STARTSCF file. The contents of both files are
described in Configuration File Contents on page 1-1. You must be logged on as
SUPER.SUPER to run the STARTCOM file.
If a required process or object is still not in the STARTED state, reinitiate the system
load sequence by using the Start System button or the Start System command (under
the Operations menu) in the OSM or TSM Low-Level Link.
