Another Auto Manage screen is the Define Rule setting screen where the user
defines what triggers a particular setup. The Define Rule setting screen is quite
similar yet different for TERM and SERVER since each has its own separate
COUNTERs that it is recording data for with the plug-in. Below is a screenshot
