  MULTIPLE RESIDENTS LICENSE CONSIDERATION:
When the user has multiple residents in a neighborhood and is trying to select the different residents from events
settings, they need to make sure that all the residents have already been activated and are not within 30 days of
expiry. If a particular resident has either of the mentioned scenarios, then while trying to access that resident from
another resident, the user will get a pop up message saying no license key found. In order to resolve this issue, the
user can go to Admin- License and refresh the license keys for all the residents in the neighborhood.
LICENSING:
Each NonStop node (i.e. Resident) using the Web ViewPoint (WVP) product requires registration of the node
and the installation of a unique product license key. If the PC used to install or log into Web ViewPoint has
Internet access the licensing process is completely automated. If no Internet access is available then help
instructions for retrieving a license key via email will be provided. Be aware WVP will display an advisory Error
12029 message if problems are encountered retrieving the license key automatically via the Internet. When Web
ViewPoint is initiated and no license key is found for that particular Resident/Node the user is provided
instructions on how to register and obtain a license key for the Node.

2.3 INSTALLING WEB VIEWPOINT
Web ViewPoint comes with a powerful, flexible and smart PC-based installer. The PC based installer provides a
comprehensive Wizard that guides the user through the install process. Install options provide paths for different
possibilities like default installation, single-resident or multi-resident installation and also allows importing
configurations from a previous installation.
Apart from this automated Wizard installation Web ViewPointalso offers users a traditional otherwise called the
manual, DSM/SCM installation process which discussed later in
Section 2.3.2.
INSTALLER FEATURES:
The installer is intelligent and takes into account several pieces of information before installing Web ViewPoint.
The options that the installer asks are:
Whether it is a new installation or an upgrade
Whether installation is to take place for a single resident or for multiple residents.
In case of an upgrade, whether or not the previous configuration files and database files are to be imported.
Once one of the above options is chosen, the installer requires the following configuration information:
