This allows the user to specify the maximum number of events to store in the browser for Events Live and 
Events Query actions. Use this param to control overhead of Events on the browser. In Events Live, the screen 
will refresh after MAXEVENTS have been shown and will retain the last n events and continue to show events. 
(“n” depends on the value user inputs for “Events to be retained” )

Also, irrespective of single node or multi node, MAXEVENTS determine the maximum number of events 
displayed on the events screen. (Note: In case  of multimode, the parent node PARAM MAXEVENTS 
determine the maximum number of events to be displayed) 
  PARAM FDISTTIMEOUT <number of seconds>    [LITECONF] 
This allows the user to specify the amount of time after which FDIST should timeout when it does not receive a 
request from Lite. The scenario for the timeout is within the time of pressing the Stop button and when you 
want to return/resume. This also applies to pressing the Next and/or Prev buttons.  
Default value 120

  PARAM EMSLINKTIMEOUT <number of minutes>    [LITECONF] 
This allows the user to specify the amount of time after which EMSLINK should timeout when it does not 
receive a request from Lite. The scenario for the timeout is within the time of pressing the Stop button and 
when you want to return/resume. This also applies to pressing the Next and/or Prev buttons.

  PARAM SAFE-ACK-THRESHOLD <number>    [LITECONF] 
This param specifies the number of Events that can be simultaneously acknowledged in the Events screens. 
The threshold is a trade-off between the PC resources and the number of events to acknowledge 
simultaneously.

  ASSIGN LICENSE-FILE, <filename>    [LITECONF] 
This provides the License Management feature with the location of license file that contains the activation key 
for the shell. This assign is optional.  
  PARAM DISABLECHANGEPASSWORD [YES|NO]    [LITECONF] 
This optional param is used to enable (Default) or disable the Change Password option that is present. If set to 
YES, the option will not be displayed and when set to NO (Default) the change password option will be 
displayed. 
  PARAM ERDB-URL-TEXT urltext    [LITECONF] 
This allows the user to define the text of the hyperlink that provides EVENTTX detail information (link from 
BAM to the OMM entry).
