2.9.6 PRIVILEGED CODE LICENSING
If during the install the system was not able to license object files FINFLIB and FINFO, then you will get an Error 17
(on G-series) or Error 77 (on H-series) when you try to drill down to see the open files for a particular process.
Corrective action is to use Super.Super to license the two object files.
