In the message text, ldev corresponds to the value of ZEMS-TKN-LDEV. The value
nnn indicates the percentage of frames that were received without error. This value
ranges from 100 (all frames received without error) to 0. If this value is less than 95,
there will be many retransmissions of frames on the line and throughput will decrease.
Cause. The X25AM subsystem reported a change in the line quality of the indicated
line. This report is made whenever a change greater than or equal to 5% occurs.
Effect. The system continues processing.
Recovery. If this event occurs repeatedly, or if the value nnn in the text message is
less than 95, examine the transmission quality of your communications lines and use
whatever corrective measures are appropriate to those lines.
