115: ZX25-EVT-RESET-FAILED
ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS
contains the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE, indicating that this event is a critical event.
This token is described in the EMS Manual.
ZEMS-TKN-CONSOLE-PRINT
contains the value ZSPI-VAL-TRUE. This token is described in the EMS Manual.
(ZEMS-TKN-) CPU, CRTPID, GENTIME, LOGTIME, PIN, SYSTEM, and USERID
are standard EMS tokens described in the EMS Manual.
In the message text, ldev corresponds to the value of ZEMS-TKN-LDEV. The value
nnnn contains a concatenation of the logical channel group number and the logical
channel number.
Cause. A RESET packet was sent R22 or R12 times on the specified logical circuit
without receiving an appropriate response. Level 2 is functioning properly, but level 3 is
not.
Effect. If the logical circuit is a Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC), that circuit is placed in
an out-of-order state, and the X25AM event message with the event number ZX25-
EVT-PVC-OUT-OF-ORDER (225) is issued. The circuit cannot be used.
If the logical circuit is a Switched Virtual Circuit (SVC), the call will be cleared.
Other logical circuits on the line are not affected.
Recovery. Appropriate recovery action depends on the application. There might be a
configuration error--verify the LCN assignments.
