The Communications Line Interface Processor (CLIP) of the 6100 Communications
Subsystem (CSS) received a line configuration different from that in the I/O process.
This event is a critical event, and the event message is reported to the EMS collector,
$0.
This event message is equivalent to console message 160.
ZSPI-TKN-SSID
is the X25AM subsystem ID, and its value is ZX25-VAL-SSID. This token is
