nnnn does not correspond to the value of a token in the event message.
Cause. The switched virtual circuit could not be cleared. This event is usually caused
by a logical circuit assignment problem.
This message might be preceded by an X25AM event message with an event number
of either ZX25-EVT-RESET-FAILED (115) or ZX25-EVT-CLEAR-FAILED (116).
Effect. The system ignores the LCN.
Recovery. Verify the LCN assignments. If they are correct, check the remote system.
