Cause. The permanent virtual circuit could not be reset. If this event message was
preceded by the X25AM event message with event number ZX25-EVT-RESET-FAILED
(115), there is probably an LCN assignment problem; otherwise, the remote system
reset the PVC with an out-of-order cause.
Effect. The X25AM subsystem monitors for operational status.
Recovery. Verify the LCN assignments. If they are correct, check the remote system.
