Sensitive and Nonsensitive Commands
Commands are divided into two groups based on whether or not a user must have
proper security to be able to use the command. These two groups are called sensitive
commands and nonsensitive commands.
Sensitive commands can change the summary state of an object. The only users
allowed to issue a sensitive command are the members of the SUPER user group.
