When the SETMODE operation completes:

0 = Do not accept reverse charge from remote process.
(= SCF SU ACCEPTCHG OFF).
1 = Accept reverse charge from remote process.
(= SCF SU ACCEPTCHG ON).

0 = Do not request acceptance of reverse charge by
remote process.
(= SCF SU REVERSECHG OFF).
1 = Request acceptance of reverse charge by remote
process.
(= SCF SU REVERSECHG ON).

0 = Normal outgoing call.
(= SCF SU PRICALL OFF).
1 = Priority outgoing call.
(= SCF SU PRICALL ON).

0 = Send calling address.
