The new service AOSS will appear on your TELNET prompt at this point. When used, 
the user will be prompted to login and then the shell prompt will appear:

The user must have a userid and password to logon, assuring individual accountability. 
Every keystroke will be audited. 
Please note the USER_SWITCH keyword in the ACACL Command Entry. This 
keyword is required for OSS access in order to support file sharing groups. The 
keyword is not required for standard TACL access because file sharing groups are not 
used.
