C87: TRACKVOLUME
This keyword causes the XYGATEAC process to change its internal system, volume
and subvolume (used for <<OBEY, <<LOG, <<OUT, <<RUN) when the SYSTEM,
VOLUME or V command is detected during the session, changing the volume and
subvolume for the program being executed under XAC.

When this ACL Command Entry is executed, the XAC internal volume and subvolume
will switch to match whatever volume and subvolume are specified using the VOLUME
or V command.
