The additional keywords that control FC are required by the ALLOWCMD and 
DENYCMD. The ALLOWCMD/DENYCMD set permits only INFO, EXIT, XAC Internal 
Commands and any other command that has $DEV1 or $DEV2 in it, thereby denying 
commands that access any other line.

What’s New in this Release 
The following is a summary of documentation revisions or updates, and new features 
where applicable. Refer to the softdoc for detailed information about “Issues Resolved” 
and “Release Warnings” and also HP NonStop Server issues. 
•  Revised – The ACL IDs limit has been increased from 20,000 to 32,767. 
•  Documentation – fixed obsolete usage of the PUP Tandem Utility. 
•  Documentation – updated “Managing the XYGATE License” in section 1.5, starting 
on page 26, and XAC_VERSION in Appendix E23: on page 274. 
•  Documentation – moved “XAC Audit Trails” from Appendix D and re-titled it to 
“XAC Auditing and Audit Reports” in Chapter 7 starting on page 63.  
•  Documentation – added the STARTUP options for the OSS-AUDITED-SHELL 
COMMAND example in section 8.1 on page 85 and to the “STARTUP options for 
XYGATEOA only” in Appendix C77: on page 208. 
•  Documentation – updated the examples for the AUDIT keywords in 
Appendices A3: and A4: and the syntax and examples in Appendix A5: starting on 
page 94. 
•  New – ACCONF keyword SPI_REJECT_ERROR in Appendix A29: on page 110. 
•  New – ACCONF keyword X_MESSAGE_DISPLAY in Appendix A34: on page 119 
•  Documentation – updated the USER_SWITCH keywords in the ACCONF and
