Introduction

Item Spacing. Spaces shown between items are required unless one of the items is a
punctuation symbol such as a parenthesis or a comma. For example:
CALL STEPMOM ( <process-id> ) ;
If there is no space between two items, spaces are not permitted. In the following
example, there are no spaces permitted between the period and any other items:
$<process-name>.#<su-name>
Bolded text indicates user input for a given prompt(s) on the command line, keyboard
letters and symbols, and GUI radio and navigation buttons.
Plain italic typeface. Italic typeface indicates the full name of a document or title, a
verbatim screen name, or display and script text in command line actions.
Additional XYPRO Reference Manuals
The reference manuals for the client components are part of the XYGATE Online Help
(XOH) package.
After installing XAC on the host system, find the IXOHEXE file, FTP it in binary mode
to your PC workstation, and then rename it to XOHINST.EXE on your PC.
Double-click on the XOHINST.EXE file to invoke the XOH installation process, and
follow the on-screen prompts.
After installation of XOH is complete, find the desktop shortcut “XYGATE
Documentation” and double-click on it to view the collection of XYGATE manuals.
The following manuals will guide you through operating XYGATE clients interfacing
with XAC:
XYGATE Configuration and Audit reporting (XRM, XCF, XTR).
XRM client can be used to run host reports on XYGATE Access Control system
activity.
XCF client can be used to modify the default configuration of XAC and other
XYGATE host modules.
