Error Message  Description 
XAC – In a licensed copy of 
XYGATEAC <filename> would run as 
user <user id> 
The function key specified has been disabled using the MAP_C_FKEY or 
MAP_B_FKEY keywords in the ACACL entry. 
XAC – Input file error ##### on 
<filename> 
This message is from the Demonstration Version of XYGATEAC. It details 
how the licensed version of XYGATEAC would start the object file named in 
<filename>. 
XAC – Input request queue 
underflow. 
An error occurred reading the OBEY file. The error number is reported. 
XAC – Input request table overflow.  Internal data structures have become corrupt. Please call XYPRO 
Technology for assistance. 
XAC – Input string table data 
overflow, ignoring excess data. 
The XYGATEAC process has been opened by too many processes. The 
limit is 6. 
XAC – Input string table overflow, 
ignoring excess entries. 
A maximum of 10,000 bytes of data are permitted as arguments to the 
INPUT statements for a single ACACL Command entry. 
XAC – Invalid #PMSEARCHLIST 
entry. 
A maximum of 20 INPUT statements can be in any single ACACL Command 
entry. 
XAC – Invalid Command  In attempting to resolve the object filename in the >RUN or >X command, an 
invalid entry in the #PMSEARCHLIST was found. 
XAC – Invalid log file  The >COMMAND specified is not valid. 
XAC – Invalid OBEY file  The log file specified in the >LOG command has an invalid name. 
XAC – Invalid object filename  The filename specified in the>OBEY command is invalid.  
XAC – Invalid OUT file  The object filename specified to be run using >RUN is invalid. 
XAC – Log open failed  The filename specified in the >OUT command has an invalid name. 
XAC – New out file opened  The filename specified in the >LOG command could not be opened. 
XAC – Obey files nested too deep.  This message is to inform you that the file you specified in the >OUT 
command has been opened and all output is being written to it. 
XAC – Object file does not exist  Only 20 concurrent obey files may be in use. 
XAC – Object file error #####  The object file to be run using >RUN does not exist. 
XAC – Open denied for <filename>  The error specified occurred when trying to execute the object file using 
>RUN or >X. 
XAC – Open of process failed, error

This item cannot be opened because of limitations imposed by the 
OPENSBYOBJECTS keyword. 
XAC – Output suppressed until next 
prompt. 
XYGATEAC could not open the process that was started in order to write 
STARTUP, ASSIGN or PARAM messages because the error specified 
occurred. 
XAC – process_create_ complete – 
Illegal object filename 
The keyword SUPPRESSUNTILPROMPT was used to suppress output until 
the next prompt is received. 
XAC – process_create_ complete - 
Object file not found 
XYGATEAC could not start the object file because the filename was an 
illegal object filename. 
XAC – process_create_ complete – 
Security violation 
XYGATEAC could not start the object file because the object file was not 
found.
