Chapter 4. Common Screen Functions

Select Tools > Manage Service Process from the main menus to display the screen 
shown below. 
Ensure that you are on the Service Process tab. Notice that the status of the 
Service Process is shown in red text. If the Service Process is currently installed, 
then you can uninstall it, update options, restart it (if installed but stopped), and add 
additional PC user login names to the list of this Service Process. 
Enter the user information by logging onto the GUI as an Admin user, as this is the 
only user that can manage the Service Process form. 
PC User Logon Name – The current PC user login name and defaulted locations 
are displayed if the Service Process is not currently active. If the PC user login 
name is different from the current user, enter the name. Each user will require an 
install of the Service Process. 
Notification Email Name – Only change these defaults if you are setting up a 
Service Process for another userid on this PC or a non-admin user that does not 
have this capability.   
Sleep Interval and Logon parameters – select these Service Process run-time 
parameters.
