Chapter 4. Common Screen Functions

Green means the service process is currently polling and ready to download a
collection or is currently loading a collection. Hover your cursor over the button to
display a line of text to indicate its current status as shown above.
Yellow means the service process is sleeping but polling for a collection that is
complete. Hover your cursor over the button to display a line of text to indicate its
current status as shown above.
Red means the service process is stopped or has a problem. Hover your cursor over
the button to display a line of text to indicate its current status as shown above.
Service Process Status Form
When a user clicks the Service Process button, a status form appears displaying the
status of the service process and log information as shown below. From this form the
user can monitor the last section of the XSWSPlog.txt file. The form is updated
automatically every 60 seconds, or it can be refreshed by clicking the Refresh button.
