4.10.3 Database Locations Tab
Database locations are stored in the registry of your PC. The names of the keys are:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER.SOFTWARE.XYPRO.XYGATESW.XYDBloc1
HKEY_CURRENT_USER.SOFTWARE.XYPRO.XYGATESW.XYDBloc2
The database location can be set using the Connection Configurations window.
Select Tools > Database Configurations from the main menu. There are two sets of
databases that can be moved or attached. The first, labeled My Collections
Databases contains all the collected and downloaded data from the NonStop server
host. The second, labeled My Rules and Policies Database, contains the various
rules, rule groups, policies, integrity check patterns and other information that is
applied to the Collections Database to produce results.
It may often be the case where the Collections Database is shared; everyone using
XSW uses the same host data sets. This allows the data to be collected once and then
used by many people. It may be desirable to share the Rules and Policies Database, if
