Welcome to the XYGATE
®
Compliance PRO
™
software module. XSW is designed to
make it easy for you to research the security on your HP NonStop
™
server, report on
the information found and build policies that monitor the state of the security rules in
your environment. This allows you to compare your existing security against supplied
PCI, SOX, HIPAA and standard best-practice policy recommendations.

Compliance PRO collects data using HP NonStop server tools and then downloads it
to your PC or a network server. You can then analyze this data for security, audit and
system management information in the current snapshot, compared over time or
against a set of absolute rules.
In today’s world of global network access, automating the investigation and reporting
of security compliance is essential for maintaining your system integrity and protecting
your business data. XSW provides you with the tools to help you streamline these
tasks.
Features
The XSW software package comes with mechanisms for collecting data about many
different facets of the HP NonStop host. Data collected includes:

XYGATE Configuration
When the various pieces of data are collected, they are stored on the host in a series
of temporary work files. The data is downloaded to the PC or network server either by
initiating the process from your PC or by enabling the xswService process that will
watch for completed collections and download the data without the need for manual
intervention.
