Chapter 5. Collection Specifications

5.7 Checking on the Host Completion Status
The Collection Status tab on the Collection Specifications screen shows which
collections are active. A collection can be:
READY All components are complete and the collection is ready to
download.
READY w/ERRORS All components are complete, but some components have
errors. If you download the collection, the components with
errors will not be downloaded and will not be available for
queries. The display shows which components have failed.
PENDING Not all components of the collection have been completed.
LOAD PROCESSING The collection is downloading.
The collections can be shown on the drop-down list in the middle of the pane. The
individual components of a selected collection are displayed in the bottom portion of
the pane in the grid.
1. Right-click on the Collection Specifications heading in the left pane, and select
Collection Setup and Status.
2. Logon to the host for which you want to check the status, and switch to the
Collection Status tab.
The Collection Status screen will appear as shown below.
