The program to collect Users and Aliases is not LICENSED. This is part of the normal
install routine, but in this case the program lost licensing. Re-license the program and
restart the collection. The collection with this error should be deleted.
The home terminal of the XSW application is defined in the SWCONF file (refer to
Appendix A:). Some situations cause the TACL macros or programs to send the error
to the home term, such as $VHS.
In the case where the Service Process has already loaded the collection, you will be
able to find the associated error files in the XSW installation subvolume. These files
will be E<datetime> files and will be retained for 30 days.
In the case where you are unable to determine the cause of the error, contact your
support representative and send them all the associated collection files.
5.8 Downloading the Collection
A collection can be manually initiated for download to the PC by clicking Start Load on
the main Collection Status screen.
5.8.1 Manually Initiated
If you manually initiate a collection for download, it will start immediately. The
xswLoader program is an MS Windows console program that will pop up on your
screen, but it can be minimized. When the collection has been downloaded, the
program will terminate and the console will close.
Important! Do not close this window while the xswLoader program is processing or
you will terminate the program prematurely and the collection will be incomplete.
