The values for Entity_Status are the following:
Value Meaning
Access map exported The access maps that have been defined for
automatic export to a spreadsheet or XML file have
been exported and the filename is in the
Error/Information text field.
Access map export aborted Auto-export has stopped during the process
because an error was encountered.
Access map export skipped The process of exporting has been disabled.
Access map update aborted Updating the access map has stopped during the
process because an error was encountered.
Access map update skipped A saved map has been skipped due to a problem in
the collection loading process.
Access map updated A saved access map has been updated.
Access mapping skipped Access maps have been disabled for all previously-
defined access maps.
All Databases Archived Location is stored in the Error_Text area
All Databases Archive Error Any error is listed in the Error_Text area
Best practice category skipped This identified BP category was skipped due to a
collection error or the data was not collected.
Best practice category update error This identified BP category had an error updating.
Best practice category updated This identified BP category updated successfully.
Best practices skipped Not selected in collection criteria.
