Chapter 5. Collection Specifications

Value Meaning
System policy exported The system policy categories that have been
defined for automatic export to a spreadsheet or
XML files have been exported and the filename is in
the Error/Information text field.
System policy export skipped The process of exporting has been disabled.
System policy export aborted Auto-export has stopped during the process
because an error was encountered.
XYGATE configs not found File not found on host.
XYGATE configs save error XYGATE product ACL or CONF file had an error
trying to save the file.
XYGATE configs saved XYGATE product ACL or CONF file was saved on
the PC.
XYGATE products load skipped Product could not be loaded due to previous error.
XYGATE products skipped Was turned off in collection criteria.
XYHASH FAILED A specific Guardian or OSS file could not be
hashed.
View Collection Log
If you want to see a more detailed log of the collection process, you can view the
dataset collection log by right-clicking the name of the collection and selecting View
Load Log.
MS Windows Notepad will start to display the log information from the
XSWclog_<collection id>.txt file found in the folder where the collection data is
stored. If any errors occurred, they will be displayed here. Scroll down or search to find
any errors.
