6.4 Reviewing the Results
When you click Apply, the results are displayed in a grid. This form has numerous
features to allow you to export, print, review the data results and set as a policy.
You can also use the buttons on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Report Generate a report showing the results returned by this data
discovery query. Please note that this report is generated separately
from the display grid and will not follow whatever sort order or
column order you have selected on the grid.
Set Policy Create a system analysis policy that uses this predicate as its
predicate and the collection and dataset used by this report as its
base collection and dataset. Refer to Chapter 7, “System Policy
Analyzer” starting on page 135 for more information.
Dock Keep this query and its results for the duration of this XSW session.
The report is “docked” to the left pane immediately underneath the
name of this query. At any time during the same session, you can
click on the docked report in the left pane to return to this screen.
6.4.1 Drilling-Down for More Information about a Result Item
Double-click on any grid line to display (or drill-down) the grid data in text form. This
format may be easier to print or review.
