Allows you to perform Send To functions on the entire policy across the 
tabbed-grid boundaries as shown below. 
7.5  Resolving Policy Information 
Once you have created a Security Policy, you will want to research and resolve any 
item that violates this policy. The usual intent of a security policy is to resolve 
exceptions to the rule until the policy “passes” and has no failures. There are several 
methods that you can employ to resolve policy exceptions. 
7.5.1  Create an Email or Memo about a Policy Item 
In some cases you will need information from another individual in your organization 
before you can decide what to do with an entry that violates your Security Policy or to 
have changes made on the host. 
1.  To send an email, select rows on the grid and click E-Mail. 
The body of the email will be formatted with the identifying information from the 
policy. 
2.  To send a Memo, select the rows you want to appear on the memo, and click 
Print Memo. 
A memo is generated and displayed for you to review or to send it to a printer.
