• If BPs and CPs do not exist on the Target node, they are created.
• If BPs and CPs do exist on the Target node and are identical to the Source node,
the item or items are skipped and a copy of rules does not occur
• If a BP and CP record exists and the Source and Target records are different, then
the Override options will be invoked (see item 2 in section 8.9.3).
a. If Override Enabled/Disabled is selected, an overwrite of the existing
BP and CP record on the Target node is performed, even if the
Enable/Disabled flag is different
b. If Override User Defined is selected, an overwrite of the existing
BP and CP record on the Target node is performed, even if the User Defined
values are different.
c. If no Override options are selected, the Resolution screen will appear as shown
in section 8.9.5 on page 167.
• If any of the BPs or CPs being copied have links to one or more tree tab reports
(that is, PCI, SOX or HIPPA) on the Source node, the links from the BPs or CPs to
the tab reports will be copied.
