8.9.2 Copying Rules from One Node to Another Node

This section describes the steps for copying multiple Best Practices (BPs) or Custom

Best Practices (CPs) from one Source node to one Target node.

Select a Source node name from the Node Name drop-down list.

Note: \XSWDEMO cannot be used as either a Source node or a Target node. The

Copy button is automatically disabled if \XSWDEMO is selected from the

Node Name drop-down list as a Source node.

Select a category from the Category drop-down list.

Select the BP and CP rules for copying by clicking Select All or alternatively, hold

down the Shift or Ctrl key while selecting BP and CP files in the grid view.

(Refer to section 4.1, “The Grid Views” starting on page 61 which describes the

grid view features in more detail.)

Click Copy.
