Chapter 12. XSW Auditing and Audit Reporting

N: Sort Order
You may choose the report format that best suits your needs. XYGATESW comes with
the following sort options:
Sort Order Description
USER Audit entries are grouped by the Subject Userid.
SUBJECT-LOGIN Audit entries are grouped by subject login
CLIENT-LOGIN Audit entries are grouped by client login
TIME Audit entries appear in strict chronological order.
COLLECTION Audit entries are grouped by collection name
CUSTOM Adds new menu items for custom report
To select the order you would like to use to sort the report, select N.
Example:
Selection? N
Report sort order (USER,SUBJECT-LOGIN,CLIENT-LOGIN,TIME,COLLECTION,CUSTOM) <TIME

When you select CUSTOM the following menu items are added:

R: Custom Sort :TIME
S: Custom Width :130
T: Custom Lines :59
Use menu items Q through T to set the custom report fields and layout.
O: Output File
The XSW_REPORT macro puts a job in the spooler called $S.#XYGATE.XSW.
To change the spooler location, select O.
Example:
Selection? O
Output file <$S.#XYGATE.XSW>? $S.#HP1.LP
This report will go to the location $S.#HP1.LP.
