Chapter 1. Installing Compliance PRO (XSW)

4. You are now ready to run the AutoInstall script. Review the questions you will be
asked during this script and obtain any answers from your system manager.
5. Obey the file IXYBIN to unpack executable files and prepare them for the
automated install script.
Syntax:
$MYVOL ZXYPROSW 4> OBEY IXYBIN
Example:
$MYVOL ZXYPROSW 4> OBEY IXYBIN
The installation begins by unpacking the self-extracting IXYBIN file containing the
files and programs distributed in the DSV. Note that the three vertical dots inserted
below indicate that output is omitted for brevity in this manual only.

1.3.4 Running the AutoInstall Script
Access to SUPER.SUPER (or an alias to SUPER.SUPER) will be required during the
installation to perform necessary licensing tasks in a separate TACL session. This
requirement will be indicated by the AutoInstall script and documented in this manual.
Note: The AutoInstall script waits on a prompt while the user starts a separate TACL
session when requested to perform specific actions. The user continues the
script after the action by responding to this prompt. However, if the user stops
the AutoInstall script for any reason, it must be restarted with the Run command
as shown below. This will continue the installation from the point of exit.
Start the IWIZARD script.
Example:
TACL> RUN IWIZARD
Initializing config file ...
Done initializing config file.
Warning: Access to SUPER.SUPER (or an alias to SUPER.SUPER) may be required to
complete the installation of each XYGATE product.
During the installation, if the need for SUPER.SUPER arises, the
installation will be paused and the user will be asked to issue
specific commands from another TACL prompt while logged on as
SUPER.SUPER (or an alias to SUPER.SUPER), after which the
installation can continue.
