Chapter 3. Starting Compliance PRO (XSW) the First Time

Messages about the host connection will be displayed in this box.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to accept a security certificate. Select
View Certificate.
Note: This message will only appear for the first connection. After that, the certificate
will be used automatically.
The host connection dialog displays in the box at the bottom of the screen. Any errors
that occur, such as an Error 48 (bad password) or an Error 201 (no connection), will be
displayed in the XSWlog.txt logfile, which can be viewed using Tools/View XSW
Logfile.
3.4 Completing the First-Full Collection for the First Time
After you connect, XSW will display the Setup Criteria tab on the Collection
Specifications screen shown below where you will be prompted to start your first-full
collection.
Keep the default selections and click Initiate to start this collection. This collection is
generated based on your system configuration. It will collect data for the entire set of
nodes that are mapped to this host connection in the SWACL file (Appendix B:).
